At Buffalo Jerky, it all starts with what matters – real, high-quality meat from sustainable agriculture. We use 100% grass-fed buffalo meat from Germany.

It is not ruined with artificial or difficult-to-pronounce ingredients, sugar, or chemical lab nonsense. Instead, we season our carefully selected cuts of meat in the traditional way – with a little salt and pepper.

The animals graze on grass outdoors. They are free of antibiotics or other chemicals.

Sustainable agriculture promotes biodiversity. Insects and wildflowers can thrive. It protects groundwater and leads to a healthy environment, free from pesticides, insecticides, and other toxic substances used for profit in conventional agriculture.

Jerky is made from the leanest parts of the animal, the same cuts used for steaks, roulades, or roasts. Water buffalo meat is exceptionally nutritious. Its flavor is incredibly delicious, somewhat reminiscent of venison, and it's considered very healthy.
